what does this group do:
-take referals from family physicans if there is abnormal/suspicious breast changes
-they contcat you within 2 buisness days of referal
-they provide access to health services ASAP
-referals to specialists
-nurse navigator to help with planning and plugging into programs and support networks
-support from a clinical psychologist and socail workers
-breast cancer education
-open to men and women
-NO charge
